SUNQUEUE / SHIFT SHEET 0.3

The same work.
A schedule someone can follow.

Plan flexible jobs around sunlight, turn the plan into a dated manual handoff, then compare reported execution without hiding unfinished work.

ACTUAL ARCHITECTURE

One local workflow, not a cloud dashboard.

1. Scheduling worker

All requested jobs, deadlines, outages and reserve requirements. Compare forecast and adverse solar with the same-work baseline.

2. Dated handoff

Clock-time work cards, Markdown and tentative ICS. Explicit work date and UTC offset. Nothing controls equipment or writes to an account.

3. Run interval ledger

Actual reported start/finish and completed, stopped or skipped outcome. Reuse the energy simulator; keep incomplete work visible.

Original JavaScript scheduling and energy engine unchanged. Browser worker, no API key or external runtime request. Four jobs, one machine, whole-hour time. Tests include the original independent Python reference and actual browser workflows. Synthetic examples, not a field study.

USER VALUE AND NEXT VALIDATION

Less grid is useful only when the work still gets done.

Initial buyer

A small solar-powered lab or workshop whose operator can move a few nonurgent jobs. The work sheet is the immediate output, not another graph to interpret.

Business hypothesis

Free local planning. Test paid setup and data-import support. Illustrative $25 setup plus $5/month, not current revenue or validated pricing.

Authorized site pilot

Freeze the plan in advance. Record every outcome and supplied conditions. Compare completed work, grid energy, end storage and operator effort.

Stopped attempts still consume energy; skipped work, missed deadlines, failed energy checks and additional battery depletion block an equivalent-work savings claim. Neither input hashes nor operator reports establish true measurements. No pilots, customers, measured savings, carbon reduction or prize is claimed.
